Holden Municipal Library Has Two Main Programs Available.

CAP (Community Access Program) - And The Summer Reading Program

 

CAP (Community Access Program)

Two CAP students are usually employed at Holden Municipal Library from October to the end of February. During this time these two students are available to help you with any computer related problems.Check in with your librarian to see if this program will be running.


The CAP students are there to help any and all patrons with all of thier computer problems. Courses are also held by these students to help people on various topics such as:
 

- Creating an E-mail, Adding attatchments

- How to use Facebook Safely

- How to view, move, and edit Photos

- How to use your laptop

- How to download and burn music to CD's

- Internet Safety

- And More!

 

The Summer Reading Program

The Summer Reading Program runs during July and August.
This program is available for Children four and up, and everyone is Welcome!

The Summer Reading Program runs so that these kids can play games, make crafts, and just have fun. Prizes are set for those who read certain amounts over the summer.
