What is NLLS?

The Northern Lights Library System was established in 1990. It is simply a group of libraries that help each other provide better service to their patrons. As long as you live in one of the municipalities or in the area of a Member Library, you can become a member of NLLS. They provide better service in many ways.

In addition to sharing books and other resources between libraries, NLLS is working towards having internet access for all Member Libraries, and coordinating special programs like reading camps for children. The NLLS is committed to ensuring that its Member Libraries have the resources available to help keep pace with our fast changing society.
